I called to potentially schedule a consultation with them with my case. The gentlemen I spoke to asked me if I knew where the child live. I said no, we have not seen this child in 3 years I have no whereabouts about this child this is why I’m calling to get assistance. He said he cannot move forward with me if I didn’t know where the child lives so they can see what jurisdiction he’s in. A Second Follow up: I changed my 1 Star to 4 stars and here is why. On the evening of 12/4 I got a second call from Bailey & Galyen and this time it was K. Smith the Attorney in charge of my case. She told me that she accepts the responsibility of the lack of communication and wanted to make sure that I wanted to terminate services. I have to admit I was surprised by the call and the amount of genuine passion she has for people in my situation. Had the displeasure of meeting Genine Ware. She is rude, condescending and thinks she knows more than she does. She waste time, doesn't communicate and tried to pull one over on me and I already knew the law bc my mom is a retired paralegal who has worked with some very talented lawyers. When I challenged her on the issue she got mad and hateful.

My experience with Genine was not shy of a joke. As others have stated the communication and awareness of what to expect was horrible. I pray I don’t have to go through this again. I would never say money well spent because it wasn’t. If I didn’t receive anything else, I received invoices with hours that did not match the effort. Invoice paid and lesson learned.
