The experience I've had with Bailey & Galyen has been the best since the beginning!! It took less than 30 minutes for my consultation for them to tell me it seems like I had a case. I've worked close with Claudia Guardado and Kim Smith who both were all hands on deck!! You never have to wait for long for a response, if your assigned attorney or aa isn't available they also have a whole team available for any questions or updates. Unresponsive. Doesn’t send settlement checks when promised. I had to follow up for months just to get my money. Little to no direction provided by anyone on my case. Do not recommend
I called to potentially schedule a consultation with them with my case. The gentlemen I spoke to asked me if I knew where the child live. I said no, we have not seen this child in 3 years I have no whereabouts about this child this is why I’m calling to get assistance. He said he cannot move forward with me if I didn’t know where the child lives so they can see what jurisdiction he’s in.
