Unresponsive. Doesn’t send settlement checks when promised. I had to follow up for months just to get my money. Little to no direction provided by anyone on my case. Do not recommend
A Second Follow up: I changed my 1 Star to 4 stars and here is why. On the evening of 12/4 I got a second call from Bailey & Galyen and this time it was K. Smith the Attorney in charge of my case. She told me that she accepts the responsibility of the lack of communication and wanted to make sure that I wanted to terminate services. I called to potentially schedule a consultation with them with my case. The gentlemen I spoke to asked me if I knew where the child live. I said no, we have not seen this child in 3 years I have no whereabouts about this child this is why I’m calling to get assistance. He said he cannot move forward with me if I didn’t know where the child lives so they can see what jurisdiction he’s in. How would most parent even know anything about their child’s living situation if we haven’t seen the child in over 3 years?? The other pare... read more
My experience with Genine was not shy of a joke. As others have stated the communication and awareness of what to expect was horrible. I pray I don’t have to go through this again. I would never say money well spent because it wasn’t. If I didn’t receive anything else, I received invoices with hours that did not match the effort. Invoice paid and lesson learned.
I want to say that attorney Kim Wyatt is very kind, quick to act when you need help,personable, responds to emails. She has a sense of humor and I can tell by having worked with her many months that she has a caring heart. Kim Wyatt is excellent and a sweetheart. Her staff is very professional does what they say they are going to do for you and get back to you. Calls are returned in a timely manner. I couldn’t have found a better group.
