Demetra did a fabulous job of explaining the documents and their function(s) to me. I thought I understood it completely but she explained the processes more thoroughly to me so that we can be prepared for our document signing appointment. I would recommend the Probate department of Bailey and Galyen to anyone that desires a thorough and professional experience.
Mr. Paul, Kennedy and His paralegal Heather saved the day. I had gone through 2 lawyers before this firm and all they did was take money and waste my time. Once I met with Mr.kennedy, him and his team went right to work to help my son and I. They Made my divorce process so much easier. Demetra in the probate was helpful in explaining the next steps I needed to do concerning estates and wills. She also called me back at a reasonable time after my call was missed.
Do not go to Paul if you're a single mother in a nasty custody battle. He has made things more complicated than they needed to be.
